I believe in magic and mystery, cinema, the lyrical in life (poetry, words strung beautifully together on a page or from a tongue, piano and saxophone, baroque and anything to which I can dance joyfully), am an athlete (distance walker, Pilates, swim), write (faith beliefs, adult short stories and novels), love travel to far away places with strange sounding names, entertain with aplomb, somehow manage to keep my inner child alive, love beautiful things (but do not covet them), look good in skirts, am fond of winter-time beach walks, sunrises and -sets, and knowing that everything I now love may be replaced with something yet more beautiful and unexpected tomorrow.

Mission Statement
In this phase of my life, I hope to help people of different faith choices learn from one another as one strategy for reducing conflict. This is an unexpected path on my life's journey. But the most meaningful parts of our lives are not what we plan, but how we respond to the challenges in front of us. What is the meaning of my life? That will be a tale for others to tell.
