Courage

Courage is summoning strength in the face of challenges, allowing us to proceed in spite of potential risk, cost, or difficulties. Courage is not the absence of fear, but the deliberate decision that action is necessary regardless of it. Courage acknowledges uncertainty and opposition, but perseveres because of conviction and resolve. Courage is not necessarily an outward act of heroism; it can be purely internal, such as making the decision to be cheerful in grief, to adhere to values different from those around us, or to give something another try. Courage offers us focus and self-possession so that our challenges do not appear worse than they actually are.
Courage
It is not the "courage to be" that we must develop as much as the "courage to become." We are responsible for our destiny. The meaning of life is not located in some hidden crevice in the womb of nature but is created by free persons, who are aware that they are responsible for their own futures and have the courage to take this project into their own hands.
